“Be quiet!” the crowd yelled at them. But they only shouted louder, “Lord, Son of David, have mercy on us!” When Jesus heard them, he stopped and called, “What do you want me to do for you?” “Lord,” they said, “we want to see!” Jesus felt sorry for them and touched their eyes. Instantly they could see! Then they followed him. Mat 20:31-34. Are your prayers heard in heaven? Does your faith actively engage with God’s promises to receive His response. These 2 blind men, were not giving up when they knew that Jesus was nearby. They refused to let the negativity of others rob them of what they believed in their heart the could have, and they became even more vigilant in their faith, crying out God, and Jesus restored their sight. Praise God today that He is a prayer answering God who responds to our faith. As we keep trusting Him in our heart, and pray believing on His promises, God will answer our prayers.
