A wise child accepts a parent’s discipline; a mocker refuses to listen to correction. Pr 13:1. The wise will use correction to adjust their ways. As children we pushed the boundaries to see what we could get away with, and correction was necessary to help us understand, even though at times we may not have seen it that way until much later. As adults we’ll have arguments as hurting people will get to a point and then just erupt. Whilst at times there are 2 sides to the story, at other times we can be in the wrong. At those times we must be humble, apologise and make adjustments to our behaviour to consider others before relationships break down. Trust God and make whatever adjustments are required and He will make a way even though the path may not be clear at that time. Praise God today that as we draw on His wisdom and treat others as He guides us, our relationships will be blessed. Prayerchair.org
