But Samuel replied, “What is more pleasing to the LORD: your burnt offerings and sacrifices or your obedience to his voice? Listen! Obedience is better than sacrifice, and submission is better than offering the fat of rams. 1 Sam 15:22. God desires your heart.  Its when your live to please God and allow His will to unfold in your life that you will walk in His ways and follow the leading of the Holy Spirit. Its in your obedience that God can prepare and develop you for the amazing things He has for your life. A single act of obedience pleases God more than weeks of prayer and fasting. Your obedience is your faithfulness and recognises that He is God. Follow the prompting of the Spirit and don’t let fear rob you of some of the greatest moments God has for your life. Praise God today that He has incredible things for your life and that as you wait on Him, listen and obey, Gods favour will flourish in your life.
