Those who love their life in this world will lose it. Those who care nothing for their life in this world will keep it for eternity. Jn 12:25. This is not speaking about neglecting yourself but about yielding yourself to the will of God. There’s a sweetness in surrendering to God’s will for your life, you no longer have to struggle to be someone you’re not or someone else, but God can now shape you into who you were always meant to be. He’ll bring to flourish those things He’s placed in your heart. He will colour in the parts of your life you thought were just black and white, He will add new dimensions to your life to take you beyond what you thought was possible, if you’ll trust Him. God has so much more for you if you’ll walk with Him and accept His will for your life. Praise God today that He has so much more for you regardless of how things may look at present. Just trust Him, He will never fail you.
