God has called us to live holy lives, not impure lives. Therefore, anyone who refuses to live by these rules is not disobeying human teaching but is rejecting God, who gives his Holy Spirit to you. 1 Thes 4:7-8. God is calling us to live Holy lives because He is Holy. As we set our sights on Him and what pleases Him, it will become our desire to align our life with His perfect will. God’s ways are not our ways, they are above our ways, and as we seek to please Him more and more, the things that try to keep us bound or drag us down will lose their power and control over us. Wrong thinking patterns will give way to new mindsets that establish how much we are loved, who we are in God and how we interact with others. Praise God today that as we desire to walk in His ways. We will be motivated with God’s love for others that will see His will come to pass in their lives as well as our own life.
