LORD, my heart is not proud; my eyes are not haughty. I don’t concern myself with matters too great or too awesome for me to grasp. Instead, I have calmed and quieted myself, like a weaned child who no longer cries for its mother’s milk. Yes, like a weaned child is my soul within me. O Israel, put your hope in the LORD-now and always. PS 131-1:3. Don’t let yourself be troubled by matters you can not control. Live one day at a time and let the future take care of itself. Put your hope in God and cast your cares, concerns and worries on Jesus and allow God to move before you. Look to God and not your problems and God will make a way as you trust Him that will allow His peace to be your strength. Praise God today that He cares for you. Thank Him that as we put our hope in Him and lay our burdens at the foot of the cross, we can rest in Him, as He will meet all our needs according to His riches in glory.
