Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and he will give you everything you need. “So don’t be afraid, little flock. For it gives your Father great happiness to give you the Kingdom. Lk 12:31-32. That’s a promise! If you keep seeking God’s face, and just allowing yourself to love Him and recognise His majesty in your life, He will take care of everything you need. He is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow. So as we make Him our focus and our desire, He will gently reorder our priorities to restore order in our life. We look to God for who He is and not for what He can give. As we draw near to Him, His peace will fill our being, His love will fill our heart, and His strength will be our confidence and the lifter of our head. Praise God today that as we make Him our priority, He will make us His priority. As we keep seeking His kingdom, His peace and presence will become our confidence.
