So now there is no condemnation for those who belong to Christ Jesus. And because you belong to him, the power of the life-giving Spirit has freed you from the power of sin that leads to death. Rom 8.1-2. In Jesus we have true freedom, He’s liberated us from our past guilt and shame so that we can live in the Spirit filled life and step into our God given destiny that He’s prepared for us. He’s also broken the binds that have kept us trapped in our addictions and lifestyles that have held us back from His best for our life. With Jesus in our heart we’ve been given a fresh start and the opportunity to do things differently, to allow God to direct our steps so that we’ll see His plans unfold in our life. As we wait on Him, we’ll start to sense His guidance with greater clarity. Thank Jesus today that in Him we’ve been freed from our past sins so that we can step into God’s best for our life.
