“Don’t be afraid! I am the First and the Last. I am the living one. I died, but look – I am alive forever and ever! And I hold the keys of death and the grave. Rev 1:17b-18. Rejoice and remember at Christmas that Gods greatest gift to humanity was life, eternal life with Him through the gift of His son. We remember baby Jesus who grew into a man to defeat the spiritual bonds of death that held humanity in its grip. Now to those who ask Jesus into their heart, the sting of death is removed, peace beyond words replaces the fear of death, purpose replaces hopelessness, abundant joy fills the empty heart and the need to keep searching for an answer is over, as into the world, a saviour was given. Praise God today for His greatest gift to humanity this Christmas. Thank Jesus for loving you so much to take your sins upon Himself so that you could be filled with His love, joy, peace, freedom and liberty forever.
