Jesus called a little child to him and put the child among them. Then he said, “I tell you the truth, unless you turn from your sins and become like little children, you will never get into the Kingdom of Heaven. Mat18:2-3. Children maintain a simplistic outlook on life. They don’t hang onto things, they get over them. When they fight, they are quick to forgive. Children are quick to learn and listen. They don’t carry baggage like adults and are mainly concerned about today letting tomorrow take care of itself. They trust their parents and never doubt they will be fed or will have a roof over their heads as they know their earthly father will provide, then how much more so will our heavenly Father provide for us! We can learn a lot from children, so let’s keep short accounts with each other and with God and enjoy the life God has given us. Praise God today that He created us to enjoy life as His children.
