For our present troubles are small and won’t last very long. Yet they produce for us a glory that vastly outweighs them and will last forever! So we don’t look at the troubles we can see now; rather, we fix our gaze on things that cannot be seen. For the things we see now will soon be gone, but the things we cannot see will last forever. 2 Cor 4:17-18. We live in a world of troubles that will always be with us. So we must learn to trust God and draw closer to Him each day. As we live a life of trusting Him, where we live by what we know and not what we see, we can live above our circumstances and live a victorious life, in His peace under His grace regardless of what is going on in our life. Praise God today that as we look to Him we can live in the grace, joy, peace and mercy that lasts for eternity. The troubles we experience today are temporary and will pass, but God’s love for us will last forever.
