Our hearts ache, but we always have joy. We are poor, but we give spiritual riches to others. We own nothing, and yet we have everything. 2 Cor 6:10. There’s a place of intimacy with God that changes everything. When we draw near to God, worship Him and wait on Him, we’ll come into His presence where nothing else matters. It’s a place where the reality of God’s love is so tangible, it surrounds us like a cloak. It’s there in our moments of difficulty we can experience the joy of God’s love knowing that He’s with us, and will take us through. Jesus puts eternity in our heart to such an extent, that it goes beyond death to a place of understanding that in Him we have an eternal hope and a future. Earthly wealth will amount to nothing, but the riches of God we carry is everything that will last forever. Praise God today that in Him we have everything, joy, hope, love and eternal peace that can not be bought.
