If you help the poor, you are lending to the lord-and he will repay you! Pr 19:17. God has a heart for the poor. In fact He offers to take up their debt, and repay you for whatever you do for the poor. You can’t out give God who will reward your generosity. God knows that most people are too busy to see what’s going on around them, so He’s extending His hand to take care of those who take care of the poor. God works through people and He needs us to help those He cares about. When we care more for those who are less fortunate ,God’s blessings will flow into our life, our circumstances and whatever we need to do what God has set before us. Jesus said whatever you do for the least of these you do for me, so don’t miss an opportunity to bless God. Praise God today for all the good things in your life, dry roof, bed, food and family, and remember God’s promise to you when ever you see anyone less fortunate.
