So God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them. Gen 1:27. Then the LORD God formed a man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being. Gen 2:7. The first thing Adam saw when he opened his eyes was Gods face as He breathed life into Adam. God wanted Adam to see his face to remember he was created in His image with his identity defined by God. When you look into the mirror don’t see what others say you are, or what they say you can do, but look into the image of God and what He says you can do, for you have been wonderfully created to rise above all challenges as your confidence is in Him. Praise Him today that in Him you are an overcomer, victorious and can rise above what the world puts in front of you as you are Gods child with a future and His plan for a blessed and abundant life.
