“You have heard the commandment that says, ‘You must not commit adultery.’But I say, anyone who even looks at a woman with lust has already committed adultery with her in his heart. Mat5:27-28. It’s all about the heart. It’s not about how we look on the outside but how we relate to others and to God on a heart to heart basis. If you draw near to the Father’s heart,and you love Him with all your heart, then adultery will be the last thing you’d want. It won’t be a part of your make up anymore, as it will be your desire to please God. If you’re struggling and your heart isn’t right, the best way to resist temptation and wrong attitudes towards others is to run to God. As you worship Him and praise Him, His love will surround you and He will strengthen you with His presence. Praise God today that its His desire to fill us with His love and not to see us stumble, but to relate to us on a heart to heart basis.
