Search me, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. Point out anything in me that offends you, and lead me along the path of everlasting life Ps 139:23-24. There are times in our life when we struggle to find peace, we just know that something is not quite right. At those times we should come before the Lord and ask Him to reveal to our heart what we need to deal with. Sometimes we actually do know, but we’ve tried to push it to the back of our minds or to logically justify our actions, unsuccessfully. As we come before God, He’ll reveal to us what’s blocking our path to peace. As we make a decision to address whatever God has highlighted, He’ll be our strength and give us the wisdom we need to have the victory. Praise God today that He desires that we live in the freedom and liberty that He has for us so we can live in victory and abide in His peace now and forever.
