[Paul] Three different times I begged the Lord to take it away. Each time he said, “My grace is all you need. My power works best in weakness.” So now I am glad to boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ can work through me. That’s why I take pleasure in my weaknesses, and in the insults, hardships, persecutions, and troubles that I suffer for Christ. For when I am weak, then I am strong. 2 Cor 12:8-10. God can do incredible things through a yielded spirit. When we acknowledge our need of Him we leave room for His grace and divine intervention to move on our behalf. We don’t try to force the will of God or jump in too quickly but wait on God first. It’s in our humility before God that He strengthens and equips us with whatever we need in our times of trial. Praise Him today that He is your strength and shield. Thank Him for His grace that will sustain you and keep you and never fail you.
