Jesus never promised us a trouble free life. In fact He told us we’ll have trials and sorrow, but, He also said that we can have peace in the midst of life’s struggles because He has overcome the world. He has broken the curse of sin and death so that as we trust Him with all our heart, we can find peace in Him, even though at times we must endure life’s difficulties. As we hold fast to Jesus, walk with Him and talk with Him, and praise Him for the outcome before we even see it, we will prevail. God will move supernaturally to do what we can’t do, to create something from nothing, and to make a way where there is no way. Thank Jesus today for making it possible to walk through life, without losing our peace as we keep our eyes on Him.
