For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve others and to give his life as a ransom for many.” Mat 20:26-28. We lead by example. Our actions speak louder than our words, and with leadership comes humility and an acknowledgement that we are serving others. We must be able to submit ourselves under the authority of others and through our service, faithfulness, dependability and serving others with the right heart, promotion will follow. God’s way is not to Lord it over others, but to lead by example, through serving with selfless motives and a desire for the best outcomes in the lives of others. Thank Jesus today that He led by example, and in humility and love, He gave us His all, so we could have the very best that God has for us.
