It’s not what goes into your body that defiles you; you are defiled by what comes from your heart.” …And then he added, “It is what comes from inside that defiles you. For from within, out of a person’s heart, come evil thoughts, sexual immorality, theft, murder,  adultery, greed, wickedness, deceit, lustful desires, envy, slander, pride, and foolishness. Mk 7:15,20-22. We have a choice as to what we do, and that choice comes from our heart. We can be a curse or a blessing, not only to others but also to ourselves. As we keep close to the heart of Father God, He will guide our choices as we desire to please Him in all that we do. We can be an atmosphere changer who brings God’s presence into the room. Praise God today that as  we walk with Him, His wisdom will fill our heart to direct our actions, and as we stay close to Him and follow His prompting, we will be filled with His peace and joy always.
