If someone says, “I love God,” but hates a Christian brother or sister, that person is a liar; for if we don’t love people we can see, how can we love God, whom we cannot see? 1 Jn 4:20. Break the dread this Christmas and let love, reconciliation, compassion and grace touch every family member you don’t see eye to eye with. As you come together at Christmas, pray that God will allow forgiveness and restoration to touch every relationship that needs Gods healing touch. The devil works to divide and conquer, if he can create a rift in your family he can wreak havoc and pain in your lives. Let the unity and love that Jesus brings at this time of year reign every day in your heart. Ask God to help you if you are struggling with this. Praise God today that His love conquers everything and that as you press into Him this Christmas season, your love for one another will be filled to overflowing.
