But the LORD said to Samuel, “Don’t judge by his appearance or height, for I have rejected him. The LORD doesn’t see things the way you see them. People judge by outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart.” 1Sam16:7. The world places the rich, beautiful and the famous on pedestals, all artificial and shallow measures by Gods standard. God looks at the heart, the substance and very essence of each individual. God is not concerned about outward things but about your heart attitude towards Him and others. Where is your heart? Don’t get caught up in worldly measures where people try to keep up with each other, but allow what God says about you to be your measure,and from that place live your life. God says you are beautifully made in His image, you are victorious, in Christ you can do all things. Praise God today that you are blessed and that its what God says about you that is most important of all.
