“Understand this: If a homeowner knew exactly when a burglar was coming, he would not permit his house to be broken into. You also must be ready all the time, for the Son of Man will come when least expected.” LK 12:39-40. We should live each day as though it were our last. A life of loving others with no regrets, putting right with others words and actions that have been left unspoken or undone, forgiving all who have hurt us, telling those we care about we love them. We should only ever keep short accounts with God coming regularly before the throne of Grace to embrace His love for us and to worship Him. We should make God a part of every area of our life, our struggles and our successes that will sustain us as we walk with Him. Worship Him today and lay anything at the foot of the cross that may be stopping you from drawing nearer to God and never lose sight of your ultimate goal; Heaven.
