To learn, you must love discipline; it is stupid to hate correction. Pr12:1. We must have a teachable spirit if we are to grow in the things of God and give birth to those seeds He’s planted in our heart. God has put inside of us gifts,talents and dreams that will bring fulfilment and joy into our life. We’ll need self discipline and faith to pursue them, to keep learning until we’re sufficiently skilled in whatever we’re pursuing. Often we may head off track and require correction to bring us back onto the right path. We must welcome this as wisdom that will help us grow and reach our destination much more quickly. As we step out in faith, God will turn our small steps into giant leaps as together with God we can do all things. Praise God today that He’s given each of us gifts,talents and dreams that He desires to bring to fruition as we stay focussed on Him and His purposes for our life. Prayerchair.org
