Listen to my voice in the morning, LORD. Each morning I bring my requests to you and wait expectantly. PS5:3. The way we start each day can set the tone for the whole day. Each morning bring your concerns, hopes and desired outcomes for the day before God. Thank Him for His favour and believe with an expectant heart that He will go with you each step of the way and move on your behalf. As you spend time with God each day praise Him for the victories the day will bring and you will find your own Spirit has been lifted, ready to face the day. Not one day is wasted, and as we wait on God and keep ourselves open to His Holy Spirit,we won’t miss those small blessings or opportunities we can so easily overlook when we are absorbed in the busyness of life around us. Praise God today that His mercies are renewed each morning and as we start each day with Him, we will have the reassurance that He is going with us.
