I waited patiently for the LORD to help me, and he turned to me and heard my cry. He lifted me out of the pit of despair, out of the mud and the mire. He set my feet on solid ground and steadied me as I walked along. He has given me a new song to sing, a hymn of praise to our God. Many will see what he has done and be amazed. They will put their trust in the LORD. Ps40:1-3. The ability to wait patiently in difficult times is linked directly to your trust in God. The deeper your trust in Him, the greater your peace will be, even in the midst of life’s storms. As you look to Him, thank Him and praise Him for your outcome, even before you see it, your faith will rise and as you start drawing near to God, He will move on your behalf. Praise God today that He is faithful and knows exactly what we need even before we ask, and as we place our trust in Him and draw near to Him, we will see His favour in our life.
