Truthful words stand the test of time, but lies are soon exposed. Pr12:19. Truthful words bring peace into your life, your conscience will always be clear and you’ll never need to look back or ever think about what you told someone and when. Truth is truth and will stand the test of time as it will never change. When sharing the truth it’s also important to be sensitive to, and aware of the needs of others and to share the truth in love without changing the facts. God will give you wisdom in difficult situations if you ask Him. Honesty is always best and honours God. Lies have a way of being exposed and hurt your integrity to the point where you will lose the trust of others. If you’re always honest in your words and deeds you’ll harvest peace in your life. Praise God today that as we always walk in His ways of truthfullness and honesty, our lives will continually be filled with His peace.
