Gideon son of Joash was threshing wheat at the bottom of a winepress to hide the grain from the Midianites. The angel of the LORD appeared to him and said, “Mighty hero, the LORD is with you!”… “Go with the strength you have, and rescue Israel from the Midianites. I am sending you!”  Jud 6:11b,12b. Gideon was hiding from his enemies, in him was a sense of hopelessness and fear based on what he saw. However,God saw seeds of greatness in Gideon that with His help, Gideon could save a nation. God also sees seeds of greatness in you. He has created us to accomplish amazing things in our life. Don’t listen to negative criticism or believe you are defined by past failures, but believe what God says, that you are an overcomer, victorious and that with Him you can do all things. Praise God today that He only sees the best in you and that as you trust Him, you and God together, will be a majority in all things.
