If you try to hang on to your life, you will lose it. But if you give up your life for my sake, you will save it. Lk 9:24. Jesus came to give us life to the full. You will never know the real you, the person God created you to be until you choose to follow Him and walk in His ways. God desires to guide you and to change you from the inside out, Jesus will fill you with new life that will last forever. If we keep resisting Him and trying to do things our own way, we’ll even end up losing whatever little we try to hang on to. As you draw nearer to Him, you will become more conformed to the likeness of Jesus each day as God prepares you to step into the amazing plans He has for you. As you allow God to take the drivers seat in your life He will take you to places you never thought possible. Praise God today that we will only live the fullest life possible when we yield ourselves to Him.
