Blessing others will release God’s blessings in our life

When Job prayed for his friends, the Lord restored his fortunes. In fact, the Lord gave him twice as much as before! Job 42:10. Sometimes the answer to our needs lies in the giving and not in the receiving. A lady used to bake cakes for everyone who was sick at church, and one day when she was sick, everyone brought her a cake, when actually what she wanted was the company of others. If you are sick start praying for others and God will move in your need. When we take care of others, God will take care of us. Sow into your needs, if you're lonely start spending time with people, if you need prayer, start praying for others. Sometimes we just need to look differently at our situation, as the answer to our breakthrough may well lie in helping others with theirs. Praise God today that as we bless others, we will also be blessed, and as we take care of others, God will take care of us.
