God desires that we look out for the interests of others too

Don’t be selfish; don’t try to impress others. Be humble, thinking of others as better than yourselves. Don’t look out only for your own interests, but take an interest in others, too. Ph 2:3-4. We live in a world where “self” is so important, and looking after our own interests ahead of others tends to be the way of the world. Yet God is asking us to consider the interests of others and to be more flexible. We must have the attitude of Jesus in dealing with others. In difficult situations ask yourself “What would Jesus do?” and allow God’s love to shine through. Allow others to have their way when it may not be your preferred choice. As we start to value the views and interests of others in humility, we become a blessing that reveals God’s heart through our life. Praise God today that He loves us with a zeal and desires that we also walk in humility loving others as He loves us. Prayerchair.org

Want to get involved?Contact us

Come and join us on the streets on a Saturday to see if this is something you would like to become involved with.

We hold regular training days to ensure everyone who ministers on the streets is given the training they require.

If street evangelism is not your calling we also need intercessors to pray for the teams as well as website and admin assistance.

Thanks, we will be intouch soon.
