God will bring us through as we keep our eyes on Him

Don't you realize that in a race everyone runs, but only one person gets the prize? So run to win! All athletes are disciplined in their training. They do it to win a prize that will fade away, but we do it for an eternal prize. So I run with purpose in every step. I am not just shadowboxing. I discipline my body like an athlete, training it to do what it should. Otherwise, I fear that after preaching to others I myself might be disqualified. 1 Corinthians 9:24-27. We must be diligent in our faith to keep going, to press into God to draw nearer to Him, to persevere when the road is hard and to walk in His ways. As we keep our eyes on God and walk with Him each day we'll sense His heart beat for our life. Our purpose will become clearer and we'll sense Him leading us in ways we haven't known before. Praise God today that as we keep close to Him each day, we'll finish the race that's set before us.
