If Jesus withdrew to pray about key decisions, so should we

One day soon afterward Jesus went up on a mountain to pray, and he prayed to God all night. At daybreak he called together all of his disciples and chose twelve of them to be apostles. Lk6:12-13. Jesus withdrew to pray about key decisions. Choosing His apostles who would spread the good news after the cross was so important, that He separated Himself from His surroundings to spend time alone with the Father. There are crucial and pivotal times in our life when we should do the same. Take ourselves away, turn the mobile off and just spend time with God. Fasting can also help add clarity to hearing God’s voice as you earnestly seek His wisdom and direction. As you seek Him, God will respond. Let His perfect peace that goes beyond all understanding direct your decisions. Thank Jesus today that He taught us how to pray and to seek the Father so that as we spend time with Him, we will get the direction we need.

Come and join us on the streets on a Saturday to see if this is something you would like to become involved with.

We hold regular training days to ensure everyone who ministers on the streets is given the training they require.

If street evangelism is not your calling we also need intercessors to pray for the teams as well as website and admin assistance.

Thanks, we will be intouch soon.
