Wait quietly before God, who will bring you the victory

I wait quietly before God, for my victory comes from him. He alone is my rock and my salvation, my fortress where I will never be shaken. PS 62:1-2. There are times we face key decisions or difficult choices where we really need God’s guidance. It’s at those times we need to apply the handbrake on life and come sit at His feet, just to wait before the Lord and listen. When you wait before God, let Him know, “Here I am Lord, please speak to me” and just wait. It’s in those quiet times He will refresh you and strengthen you. As your heart and trust is in Him, you can rest in the fact that God will bring the victory. The more often you do this, the louder you will sense God speaking to you. It’s about relationship, the more time we spend with Him, the closer we become. Praise God today that He desires to speak with us more than we with Him! Sit and wait, listen and obey and God will guide you into victory.
