Believe God when He prompts you to step out

You are blessed because you believed that the Lord would do what he said." Luke 1:45.

Mary accepted the angel's words that she would become the mother of God, the mother of Jesus. She was blessed because she believed God's word that was totally contrary to her natural thinking or belief at that time. She trusted God and was blessed. Sometimes God will prompt you as you read His Word, or by placing a stirring in your heart to do something that's totally out of your comfort zone. At those times you need to trust God. Perhaps what you've been trying keeps making things worse, or takes you further away from your desired outcome. God can see what you can't, and so He may ask you to have that difficult conversation, or to forgive someone that will open up doors that have always been closed to you. Thank God today that as you trust Him and follow His Word, you'll be blessed because you believed.
