Contentment is a key to inner peace

Better a dry crust eaten in peace than a house filled with feasting- and conflict. Pr 17:1. The key to inner peace is learning to be content with what we have rather than striving for the things of the world that can bring strife and cause division in families. Greed is a terrible thing where more is never enough. As we learn to trust God He’ll make a way in all things, He’s already in our tomorrow and knows the best steps for us to take, so it’s crazy not to trust Him and follow His guidance when He prompts us. Don’t let contention for the things of the world ruin your life. There are seasons in God and as we learn to trust Him in both the good and the hard times, He’ll bring us through. It’s His desire that we live a blessed and fulfilled life. Praise God today that as we trust Him in both the good and the hard times, we’ll have a blessed life filled with His goodness and peace.
