Don’t judge others and we won’t be judged

"Do not judge others, and you will not be judged. For you will be treated as you treat others. The standard you use in judging is the standard by which you will be judged. Mathew 7:1-2.

We should not judge others as we haven't walked in their shoes or experienced what they've experienced in their circumstances. We should be gracious and compassionate just as God is with us. We should be careful not to have a critical spirit where we start to judge others by our own standards, as this will only harden our heart to their needs. As we learn to walk in God's mercy and grace, and extend that to others what He has extended to us, we'll also be treated in the same way. We need to let the love of Jesus shine through our words and actions in all that we do. Praise God today that as we choose not to judge others, but to open our heart to them and to pray for them, we'll also be treated in the same way.
