God wants to take all our problems from us
Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you. 1 Pet 5:7. There’s an old saying – A problem shared is a problem halved. Yet God doesn’t just want us to share our problems with Him, but to give them to Him, to release them into His care, not to focus on them anymore, nor to give them centre stage in our minds or life. For some of us our problems stick to us like glue as we dwell on them, think the worst that could happen and allow our emotions to spiral downwards. That is not what God wants! God wants you to trust Him that He can bring an outcome where you can’t see one, He can make the impossible possible and He can change the most hardened heart towards you. As you give your problems to God, start focusing on praising Him for the outcome and your peace and joy will return.
