Jesus has conquered death for all who put their faith in Him

For what I received I passed on to you as of first importance that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures, and that he appeared to Cephas, and then to the Twelve. After that, he appeared to more than five hundred of the brothers and sisters at the same time, most of whom are still living, 1 Corinthians 15:3-6a.

We have victory in Jesus. Death could not hold Him down. Hundreds saw the resurrected Jesus before he ascended into Heaven. Jesus defeated death once and for all, so that your past sins no longer have a hold over you. As you put your faith in Jesus, He'll bring you into an amazing new life, where He'll forgive your past sins and fill you with His love and peace beyond words. Thank Jesus today that as we invite Him into our heart, we can walk in the resurrection life that He always intended for us.
