Jesus never taught on how to deal with unanswered prayers

Once Jesus was in a certain place praying. As he finished, one of his disciples came to him and said, “Lord, teach us to pray, just as John taught his disciples.” Luke 11:1. The only thing the apostles asked Jesus to teach them was how to pray.  The apostles knew that when Jesus prayed things happened. People were headless, set free and their needs were met. Jesus never taught on how to deal with unanswered prayer. If we don’t get answers to prayer we need to look at ourselves, are our motives right. God will never answer prayers that would take us away for His best for us. God by His very nature is a prayer answering God and sometimes His delays may be that our timing is not His timing. We should pray faith filled prayers with an expectant heart and believe that God’s best for us is yet to come. Praise God today that He is a prayer answering God, and that with God all things are possible. Prayerchair.org
