Love your enemies and keep your peace

Dear friends, never take revenge. Leave that to the righteous anger of God. For the Scriptures say, “I will take revenge; I will pay them back,” says the LORD. Instead, “If your enemies are hungry, feed them. If they are thirsty, give them something to drink. In doing this, you will heap burning coals of shame on their heads.” Don’t let evil conquer you, but conquer evil by doing good. Rom 12:19-21. Let love prevail in your life. As you allow love to motivate your actions, peace will reign in your heart. What others meant for harm will backfire as God’s love will shine through you to expose their motivation. God’s way is not the worlds way, the world says “get even”, that ultimately brings calamity and potentially life long issues. Praise God today that His ways are not our ways and that you can keep your peace and joy, as He will deal with the offence, as you just love your enemies and pray for them.
