Only Jesus can bring true liberty and peace

For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God. 1Cor 1:18. God can not be found through the conventional wisdom of man, accessed through debate, reached by good works or earned by anything we do. God is Spirit and therefore we can only access Him through a decision of the heart through Jesus Christ His son. Jesus said “I am the way the truth and the life”. In Him we have life and access to Gods miraculous life changing power in every area of our lives. God is not to be confined to text books or theoretical discussion but is to be experienced in every part of our lives. Its hard to describe to others the liberating freedom and peace that Jesus gives us until they experience asking Jesus into their own heart as their personal Lord and saviour. Thank Jesus for the cross today and for moving powerfully in our lives, now and forever.
