Pray for those who hurt you to retain Gods peace
Bless those who curse you. Pray for those who hurt you. Luk6:28. As you start to pray for those who hurt you,your heart will shift from one of anger or vengeance to a place of peace where we give them and over to God to deal with their offences and to change their hearts. Also, as you choose to bless those who curse you, they’ll be convicted in their heart and struggle to keep cursing someone who is blessing them. God’s way will change the hearts of others in ways you won’t expect, and will also guard your heart from a downward spiral of negativity that accompanies thoughts of revenge or hate that will steal your peace and breed bitterness in your life. Sometimes God will also put something on your heart that you may need to put right as part of His desired outcome for you. Praise God today that as we choose to pray for our offenders, God will resolve even the most difficult of situations. Prayerchair.org
