The Lord is our refuge in times of trouble

The Lord is good, a refuge in times of trouble. He cares for those who trust in him. Nahum 1:7

The Lord is our high tower in times of trouble, the closer we are to Him the greater our confidence will be. It's in our relationship with Him that we can see how He moves in our life and the lives of others, so that we know He can do what we can't. God can move supernaturally in our lives to change circumstances, to create favour where none exists, to render ineffective the works of our enemies, to bring peace, restoration, provision and breakthrough in our times of need. Don't look to God as a last resort, an emergency rip cord when all else fails, but invite Jesus into your heart now, and spend time with Him each day, so that you'll know in your heart of hearts that He's always there for you. Thank God today that we're never alone, and that He's always there for us no matter what we're going through.
