There is no better place to be than spending time with Jesus

But the Lord said to her, "My dear Martha, you are worried and upset over all these details! There is only one thing worth being concerned about. Mary has discovered it, and it will not be taken away from her." Luke 10:41-42.

There is no better place to be than spending time with Jesus. Yet even though Jesus was in the house, Martha was busy running around, and missed God's best for her, whilst Mary was being ministered to as she sat at the feet of Jesus. We can get so caught up in our daily life that we neglect our relationship with Jesus that's so important in guiding everything that we say and do. As we spend regular time in His presence, in His Word, in prayer, praise and worship, we'll draw nearer to Him where we'll find inner peace, healing and restoration. Praise God today that as we put Jesus first, He'll help us to reorder our priorities so that we can live the best life possible.
