We must first love God with everything within us

And you must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, all your mind, and all your strength.’ Mark12:30. God is asking us to love Him first. He is not asking us about our service or ministry, He is not asking us about our obedience, He is asking us to love Him with everything within us. When we truly love Him with everything within us, we will see the world differently through His heart moving within us. We will sense His calling and direction for our life with greater clarity than we ever thought possible. It will become our desire to walk in His ways and we will want what He wants for our life. We will become spiritually alive as we keep so close to God, who desires to lift us up and to lavish those who love Him with His goodness.
