We need to carry out regular spiritual health check ups

Search me, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. Point out anything in me that offends you, and lead me along the path of everlasting life. Psalm 139:23-24.

We should always be conducting our own regular spiritual health check in terms of our relationship with God. At times our communication is all one way, but we need to pause and listen to what God is also trying to say to us, as we could be the blockage to some of the answers to our prayers, if we're not dealing first with whatever God is impressing on our spirit. Ask God today to reveal any areas that you need to deal with and follow whatever God is directing you to do. As you do, His peace will flood your being, as God only has your very best interests at heart. Praise God today that as we are quick to respond to whatever God puts on our heart, we can abide in His overwhelming peace and favour always.
