We need to wait on the Lord for His guidance

Be still in the presence of the Lord, and wait patiently for him to act. Psalm 37:7a.
The Lord's ways are not our ways and nor is His timing our timing. There are times when we try to force God's hand and we become disappointed when He doesn't do things our way, or in our timing. But He sees all things that we can't. He looks not only to change outcomes, but to also change us through the process. As we wait patiently on Him, we recognise that He is the great way maker, who can reach and change hearts and minds that we can’t. He can open doors that no one can close and close doors that no one can open. There are times when the journey is more important than the destination where we will grow and be strengthened along the way. God knows what's best for us so we must learn to trust Him. Praise God today that as we put our trust in Him, and wait on Him, He will make a way in His perfect timing.
