Words are powerful, use them wisely

There is more hope for a fool than for someone who speaks without thinking. Proverbs 29:20.

It is very difficult to take back words that should not have been spoken, that can actually impact others for a lifetime. How many people are out there who are struggling because their parents kept telling them they were hopeless, or that they would never amount to anything. Name calling is so reckless and easy requiring no thought. Yet God wants us to speak lovingly in truth and reason, and not to attach hurtful and thoughtless labels to those we care about. If you're angry, pause for a few seconds to gather your words so that you can actually diffuse and not ignite a difficult situation. Praise God today that He has given us the ability to build up, strengthen and encourage others with our words. May He give you the wisdom you need in every difficult situation to always say the right thing.

Want to get involved?Contact us

Come and join us on the streets on a Saturday to see if this is something you would like to become involved with.

We hold regular training days to ensure everyone who ministers on the streets is given the training they require.

If street evangelism is not your calling we also need intercessors to pray for the teams as well as website and admin assistance.

Thanks, we will be intouch soon.
