You must serve before you can lead

But Jesus called them together and said, "You know that the rulers in this world lord it over their people, and officials flaunt their authority over those under them. But among you it will be different. Whoever wants to be a leader among you must be your servant. Matthew 20:25-26.

You must serve before you can lead. When we serve with humility to the best of our ability, others will see it and promotion will follow. When you serve, you show genuine concern for others, just as Jesus did. The world looks at leadership with status and position and often those who strive to lead can be full of pride putting their own interests first. God wants you to have a servants heart, and even when you are promoted, to still care for those under your charge and to be willing to help others as necessary. Praise God that as we walk with humility with a servant's heart, God will promote us when the time is right.

Come and join us on the streets on a Saturday to see if this is something you would like to become involved with.

We hold regular training days to ensure everyone who ministers on the streets is given the training they require.

If street evangelism is not your calling we also need intercessors to pray for the teams as well as website and admin assistance.

Thanks, we will be intouch soon.
